When I met Fai I was feeling quite stuck, in business and life, looking for support in processing old emotions, busting through unhelpful stories, and staying sober.
As somebody in their mid-40s who already spends a lot of time on self-development I also spend a lot of time in my head, and Fai helped me realise that sometimes we need to get out of our heads and tap into the body in order for things to shift.

I loved the combination of coaching and gentle breathwork, the breathwork sessions especially having a huge impact on my nervous system, and - surprisingly to me - my mental and emotional health in the days that followed.
